The JB4 features a simple plug and play installation harness for easy installation and includes many features not found on any other tune. Including on the fly in dash map switching between factory and various performance maps, optional in dash gauge displays for boost and other critical engine parameters, progressive water/methanol support, ethanol fuels support, built in code reading, and much more. Download and Install Apps on Bluestacks: Open BlueStacks. Tap the Search button. Enter the “App Name” in it. Choose the Market from where you want to Install it, Choose Play Store. If asked for ID, put it. Let the Downloading and Installation to complete. Open the App from Main Menu and Enjoy.

JB4 comes with several different 'maps'. Map1 is like an off the shelf tune, but with a slightly lower output than Map2. Map6 allows you to customize a lot of settings, including boost by gear.

If you want to run custom settings, you can take a couple quick logs, and email them to BMS and they will work with you to come up with a custom map6 for free!The JB4 taps into your air-fuel-ratio wire, and plugs into the OBD port inside the cab. This allows the JB4 to do more better brapbraaap stuff. I never had the JB1, I went straight to the JB4 beta unit. I've had it installed almost exactly a month and have been enjoying it, gives a very noticeable increase in power and torque without any negatives to daily driving. For $430 and maintaining my warranty it isn't a bad option, I really wish I could go stage 2 APR though, just want to get a little more out of the warranty.

I've only been running mine on the default map for now, waiting until I understand the device a bit more before I start switching maps. Took about 20-30 minutes to install being very careful not to damage or break any clips.

I also used about 10-15 zip-ties to secure the wires throughout the engine, which I guess is optional. The last plug was actually easy to remove, just took about 5 minutes having to figure it out first. I did not have to raise the car, as some people say. Definitely something a first timer can install themselves, just read through the instructions while watching a few YouTube walkthroughs so that you have a solid idea of what you're doing at each step. I had the JB1 for about a year before I swapped to a JB4, which I've been running for 3 months. The power delivery is smoother, particularly at the low end. I'm running Map 2 at the moment and even though it's 'high boost', it doesn't have the 'hit me in the chest' sensation like the JB1 did on Map 1 when accelerating from 2.5k rpm.

The revs seem to climb more quickly than the JB1 as well and throttle response feels improved.It's not track season yet so I haven't wrung the module out properly, but on brief pulls to the redline in 2nd and 3rd (i.e. Expressway on-ramps) the surge in power as the car piles on speed feels more refined.

Graph graduations are better at 5, graph buttons overlay on phone icons take multiple presses to close graph? Let us scroll to the end of the graphed log, pop up for detailed graph info back to normal as well.

All around update makes this app worse. I’d give it 5 stars the way it used to be. Icon legend is harder to read. I’ve emailed you during the test flight version that it was bad.

FallbrookMac, Incredible SupportFirst of all, having Bluetooth connectivity for the JB4 has been a valuable enhancement. When I had a problem with the BT hardware, I sent the unit to Donnie and after a few email exchanges, he fixed the problem and sent me a replacement unit. The app quality is outstanding and support all the more so. It is amazing that there is such an outstanding product for a niche application.

If you already made the plunge to get a JB4, the Bluetooth interface will greatly enhance your investment.
